Dr. Madhurani is a wonderful doctor. I had a problem with my back and she was the only one that knew what to do to help me. My daughter entered Richmond Physical Therapy with severe jaw pain and after a few good sessions she started feeling much better. It doesn’t hurt her anymore. They’re so friendly. They notify us before every appointment to make sure we remember to come. They give her appropriate home exercises to perform and make sure to explain what and why they are doing. Where do I begin Dr. Madhu and her amazing Team at Richmond Physical Therapy literally gave me my life back It sounds dramatic but it’s the truth, when I first came to them I was in agonizing pain and could barely walk I thought I would never be able to walk again but after the amazing treatment from Dr. Madhu and her wonderful team not only am I now able to walk, the pain has decreased significantly. If you are in search of a trustworthy, efficient and experienced Physical Therapist, I strongly recommend Madhurani Mahajan. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and her expertise is commendable. Last year I had severe pain in my neck, right shoulder extending all the way to my lower back. I had lot of difficulty with even basic daily tasks. Having a young and super active toddler at home I certainly needed quick recovery. Madhurani was extremely patient during my sessions and worked around my schedule to accomodate me. She recommended simple exercises that were very effective and within a few therapy sessions I was back to my routine even with my intense workouts. Thank you very much Madhurani, I truly appreciate all the help!

If anyone is looking for a great Physical Therapist, we strongly recommend going to Madhurani. Her expertise in the area is commendable. She is great, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Last year my father visited us from India, met with an accident and underwent a surgery. He was recommended a few therapy sessions by his Orthopedic and we sought Madhurani’s counsel. All exercises that she recommended were hugely helpful and effective. Moreover, she was v helpful and also provided guidance from the insurance standpoint given my father had a travelers insurance. I had a total knee replacement . Everyone who has treated me there are professional, experienced, compassionate, and so nice. I immediately felt comfortable there. They listen to you when you explain where the pain is and they work so well to alleviate it. My range of motion, my pain, and my ability to walk has improved almost 100%. They are able to accommodate my schedule and always make sure I can be seen as soon as possible if I need to cancel. I have been to 2 other PT offices and this one is by far the best. I was suffering from severe dizziness related to BPPV(Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). I called dozens of PT locations but could not find anyone willing to take me in for an appointment. Finally spoke to a receptionist at Richmond PT, and I was fortunate to get an appointment on the day of New Years Eve.
Dr Madhurani Mahajan immediately was able to diagnose which ear was responsible for the vertigo symptoms. I was treated on the spot using the Epley Maneuver, and instantly the dizziness was gone. Dr Madhurani Mahajan was very professional and kind. I would not hesitate to go back at any point in the future, and would certainly recommend her to anyone.

Either the office was overly packed causing long waits, the office staff indifferent and the p/t just going through the motions. Not so with this facility. The wait is minimal, the office staff is pleasant ant the facility is clean with up to date apparatus. The Doctor really examined you and came up with practical solutions to help alleviate the pain.
